Job Description

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
  1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  2. Processing sales and loan transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and display of merchandise.
  4. Handling cash and negotiable items in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Communicating effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure seamless operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math calculations proficiency.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods.
