North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

• Provide Safe and Quality Patient Care
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Team
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning.
• Maintain Competency and Professional Development
  • Stay current with changing trends in nursing practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

• Education and Licensure
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Certifications and Training
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (dependent on hiring department).
  • Other certifications may be required based on departmental needs.
