We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director/Center Physician to join our team at CSL Plasma. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing medical oversight and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical oversight and guidance to Medical Staff Associates
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including CLIA and cGMPs
- Review and approve medical incident reports and donor suitability
- Conduct confidential interviews with donors and provide medical clearance for donation
- Monitor donor clinical response to immunizations and oversee hyper-immune programs
- Perform Center Physician functions, including notifying donors of unsuitable test results and performing screening medical evaluations
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Current and active medical license in the state where the Center is located
- One year of residency training as an MD or OD
