We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Professional/Receptionist at our H&R Block franchise location in Fortville, Indiana.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering phones, and greeting clients in a personalized and friendly manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients according to their preferences.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service, both in-person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment with team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus.
