Job Summary:

The Medical Technologist will perform and interpret complex laboratory tests on patient specimens, providing critical information to aid in patient diagnosis. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory techniques and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and interpret laboratory tests on patient specimens
  • Provide accurate and timely results to medical staff
  • Collaborate with laboratory team members to ensure efficient and effective test processing
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory accuracy and reliability

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a major acceptable to a certification agency for MLT
  • MLT ASCP or equivalent certification
  • 3 years of clinical experience (for Medical Technologist I)
  • Bachelor's degree (for Medical Technologist II)
