Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Instructional Designer to join our team at Concorde Education.

About the Role

This part-time position involves designing and delivering interactive digital video editing instructional sessions for students.

Responsibilities
  • Frequent collaboration with the Director of Educational Development to plan and facilitate learning sessions.
  • Developing unit and lesson plans aligned with content curriculum standards.
  • Assisting students in acquiring various digital video editing skills.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Director of Educational Development.
  • Modeling appropriate academic and social behaviors.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Educational Development.
Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds, academic profiles, and skill levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate responsibility, a desire to help others, discretion, and flexibility.
  • Strong knowledge and ability to demonstrate skill in digital arts.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform future instruction.
  • Capacity to work independently, applying critical thinking skills and problem-solving to various situations.
  • Experience instructing students of varying skill and experience levels in multiple programs based on interest and ability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Teaching or tutoring experience and extensive digital arts experience essential.

Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
