Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicating the benefits of our products to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers by asking the right questions to understand their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Sell products and services by discovering customer needs and presenting solutions
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Participate in weekly sales competitions
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Engage potential customers and present our services and products
  • Recommend and introduce new products and services to customers
  • Problem-solve and resolve customer issues in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Three or more years of work experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role
  • Ability to provide a complete sales solution to customers
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service
  • Professional appearance and clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of our products and services
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to customers
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-confidence and motivation for sales

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages, and utilize reason to resolve problems. The position also requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, lifting infrequently. The position also requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-20 pounds.
