Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dietetic Clerk to join our team at Sodexo. As a Dietetic Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of diet orders, timeliness of meal service, and smooth food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize patient/resident menus to ensure accuracy of diet order and timeliness of meal service
  • Produce meal tickets, nourishment labels, and production tallies for resident/patient menus
  • Respond to interdepartmental telephone inquiries and maintain office equipment and supply inventory
