Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the instruction of EMT and Paramedic lab courses, ensuring students receive high-quality education and training.
  • Function under the direction of the Paramedicine Program Director, collaborating to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Prepare lab facilities for classes, assist with dismantling and cleaning up after lab activities, and maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
  • Demonstrate the safe and proper use of lab equipment and hazardous or biohazardous materials, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Provide leadership and positive role modeling for students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Attend annual program meetings, staying informed about program developments and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or other university officials.
