KCI Technologies is seeking a seasoned Environmental Restoration Expert to lead our Ecological Restoration team in Sparks, MD or Fulton, MD.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee our ecological restoration projects. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and directing large-scale restoration projects.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from private companies to state and local governments, on various environmental and natural resource projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation of these projects.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in ecological restoration and stream assessment
  • Demonstrated understanding of fluvial geomorphology principles and processes
  • Experience performing geomorphic assessments and restoration design in the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Ability to organize and write technical reports documenting approach, findings, and recommendations
  • Proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word

As a senior-level engineer, you will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
