Job Title: Data Governance Manager

Publicis Media is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team. As a Data Governance Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing standardized processes and protocols to enable efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teams of analysts to help them stay on track with day-to-day deliverables
  • Contribute crucial intellectual capital to teams by designing and implementing standardized processes and protocols
  • Behave like a Business Analyst who understands client requirements and produces clear documentation to facilitate automation of data processing
  • Work closely with Associate Directors to help execute on the practice and department's vision with your team
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of work experience in media or related field
  • 1+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree. Degree in a related field is a plus (i.e. STEM, Economics, Marketing, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills
  • Experience with querying relational databases
  • Experience with digital media and analytics tools (Ad Servers, Measurement Vendors, BI Software)
  • Extensive experience with digital media marketing metrics
  • Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables) and experience working with large data sets
  • Ability to structure and manipulate large data sets to answer business questions
  • Understanding of a broad range of online advertising media channels such as Search, Display Banners, Email, Contextual, and Social, as well as subject matter expertise in at least one of these areas
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with third party research partners such as GfK, Nielsen and comScore
  • Experience with ad verification tools such as IAS, Moat, etc.
  • Experience with using or analyzing data form DMPs and DSPs
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data manipulation languages
