At Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank, we are seeking a skilled Branch Manager to lead our Piermont Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong managerial experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess a deep understanding of banking products and services, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the efficient operation of the office, including allocation of tasks, monitoring staff performance, and implementing process improvements.
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all bank products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to customers.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Managerial Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
