Responsibilities:
Your Key Responsibilities
The District Service Manager will oversee the recurring service team, playing a vital role in the recruitment, training, and development of technicians within the designated district.
In this role, you will manage service operations, routing, and scheduling to ensure high-quality service delivery to customers while meeting district performance goals.
District Service Managers are accountable for the overall direction, coordination, and assessment of recurring service operations and customer satisfaction.
Your Daily TasksConduct ongoing training focused on customer service excellence, technical skills, and safety protocols.
Assess the quality of service provided to clients, develop strategies to reduce customer complaints, and enhance customer loyalty.
Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and manage fleet maintenance.
Support territories with staffing shortages due to employee absences or departures.
Manage chemical orders and wildlife control supplies for the district.
Optimize routing and scheduling to enhance service completion rates and minimize allowances.
Collaborate with the District Manager on accounts receivable management.
Participate in weekly technician ride-alongs and continuous training initiatives.
Become well-versed in the employee handbook.
Stabilize revenue and productivity during employee transitions or vacations.
Maintain necessary licenses for employees in the district and assist with renewal processes to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications:
Work Environment:
We operate wherever wildlife is present. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the following tasks:
Using a ladder within the manufacturer's specified weight limits.
Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma is required.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening are mandatory.
