{"Job Title": "MRI Imaging Specialist", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a skilled MRI Imaging Specialist to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment safely and accurately to capture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis. Your day-to-day work will include preparing equipment for imaging tests, preparing patients for MRI procedures, maintaining records and logs, and performing incidental general office duties.

**Responsibilities:**

* Operate MRI equipment safely and accurately to capture specific images ordered by a physician
* Prepare equipment for imaging tests based on physician's orders and in adherence to department safeguards and protocols
* Prepare patients for MRI procedures
* Maintain records and logs as required by department protocols and licensure requirements
* Perform incidental general office duties

**Qualifications:**

* Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology
* American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) certification is required
* State of Washington Certification as a Radiological Technologist required unless ARRT(MR) is achieved through the ARRT Primary Pathway
* ARRT MRI Certification is preferred
* Current healthcare provider BLS Certification
