We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Joseph J. Danielle LLC. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely operating our fleet of trucks and trailers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials to our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CDL Class A trucks and trailers, including Walking Floor Trailers and Tri Axle Dump Trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.
- Interact with construction crew members to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and safety activities.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures for safe working practices and environment.
- Valid CDL Class A license with applicable endorsements.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
- Knowledge of truck and equipment safety, including maintenance and storage requirements.
- Ability to pass a detailed road test and random drug screenings.
- Competitive hourly rate of $26.00.
- Health insurance and paid time off.
- Opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work. The work location is one site, with no touch freight and local routes.
