**Job Summary**
Chattanooga State is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach Industrial Electricity at our TCAT - Chattanooga campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, facilitating the learning process, and evaluating student progress.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Teach Industrial Electricity courses and facilitate the classroom instructional process
- Evaluate student progress, assign grades, and maintain attendance records
- Counsel and advise students on academic preparation and career goals
- Develop and maintain a site on the college's Learning Management System (eLearn) platform
- Stay current with industry developments and technologies
- Participate in professional development activities and annual faculty evaluation process
- Assist program graduates with employment opportunities and maintain up-to-date program and curriculum
**Requirements:**
- Current Journeymans License
- Three years of verifiable experience in the electricity field
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Industrial Electricity Diploma or Associate Degree in a related discipline
- Three years of field experience and teaching experience
