Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Mechanic Level B to ensure the optimal functioning of our chick hatchery equipment. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks and requires a proactive approach to equipment care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on hatchery machinery.
  • Manage parts inventory effectively.
  • Implement preventative maintenance protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior mechanics as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience is required.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while organizing maintenance tasks.
  • Proficient in parts inventory management.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are expected.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent time management abilities and self-direction are necessary.
