Position Overview

Our Software Application Engineers are tasked with the development, maintenance, and administration of mission-critical web applications that are distributed across multiple networks and cater to various customer groups. Developers collaborate in small project teams and are expected to contribute across the application stack to design, architect, and develop new system modules and capabilities in a dynamic, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in full-stack development of software systems, web applications, and tools.
  • Create new user interface components utilizing Angular and enhance existing UI features.
  • Collaborate with team members, service providers, vendors, and users to develop new functionalities.
  • Work alongside backend engineers to comprehend application interactions, features, and functionalities.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation of application development and subsequent updates.
  • Evaluate user needs and software requirements to assess design feasibility.
  • Utilize strong communication skills in a loosely structured and fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Front-End development with Angular, React, or other contemporary frameworks.
  • Practical experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Java, Spring, and Hibernate is preferred.
  • Experience with ag-grid, highcharts, or other JavaScript data visualization libraries.
  • AWS experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in creating wireframes/mockups using UX design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, etc.
  • Knowledge of MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Neo4j, and/or other similar data storage platforms.
