Role Summary
We operate extensive emergency call centers and are in search of a proactive Facilities Maintenance Specialist. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters. The role requires hands-on involvement, as well as the management of vendor and contractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Standards Maintenance: Execute general and specialized maintenance tasks, including patching, painting, and hardware repairs. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement proactive maintenance strategies for all building systems. Conduct facility inspections, generate reports on building conditions, and recommend necessary actions. Prepare facilities for potential emergencies.
- Regular Audits: Perform visual inspections of fire safety equipment and lighting throughout the premises.
- Vendor Coordination: Oversee and schedule services with external vendors, managing contracts for preventive maintenance and other facility-related services.
- Emergency Response: Be available around the clock to address urgent facility issues.
- Additional Duties: Assist with deliveries and perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
Qualifications for Success:
- Proven self-starter with the ability to manage site needs and projects effectively.
- Experience in performing repairs safely using various tools.
- Support company events with appropriate setup and breakdown.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in all spaces and services.
- Maintain open communication with management and team members regarding facilities support.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Background in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or appliance repair.
- Reliable transportation for emergency situations.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- US Citizenship or Green Card.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
