Event Maintenance Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Event Maintenance Worker to join our team at MetraPark in Billings, MT. As an Event Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for setting up and tearing down equipment for events, as well as performing maintenance, repair, and operating tasks to ensure the facility is in good working condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate and maintain heavy, medium, and light equipment such as fork lifts, trucks, front-end loaders, and bucket trucks
* Assist in cleaning of the entire complex, including buildings, facilities, and restrooms
* Assist in all set-ups and tear-downs as required by events
* Assist in cleaning and other work required in outside areas in all types of weather
* Assist in building repair and equipment repair

**Requirements:**

* Associates Degree in Construction Technology/Carpentry, or
* Graduation from a High School or G.E.D. and two (2) years' experience in construction trade work and/or building maintenance, or
* Any equivalent combination of education and experience totaling two (2) years
* Valid driver's license issued by the State of Montana
