Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Associate to join our team at Little Creek Behavioral Health. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular safety checks and provide supervision to patients as needed.
  • Document accurate and timely clinical information in patient records.
  • Assist in creating a safe and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Interact with patients, observe behaviors, and communicate significant observations to nursing staff.
  • May assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
  • CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
  • First aid certification may be required based on state or facility requirements.
