Job Summary

Cumberland River Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Family Interventionist to join our team. As a Mental Health Associate, you will provide critical support to children and families in need, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective intervention plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as screening and diagnostic assessments, under the supervision of a licensed professional.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behavioral health and related fields.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or Nursing, or Master's degree in Human Services without licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in high-pressure situations.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record, if required for job performance.
