Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our hardware, tools, and automotive accessories products, as well as farm store merchandise and retail sales
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to our guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Hardside department

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a hardware or automotive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to lift 20-50 pounds on a repetitive basis, bend, stoop, squat, and climb ladders regularly
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
