Job Summary:

As a Registered Dietitian I at BayCare Health System, you will play a vital role in providing optimal medical nutrition therapy to patients, individuals, or groups. Your comprehensive nutrition assessment and counseling skills will help manage, treat, and prevent diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define nutritional status and make recommendations for nutrition interventions.
  • Implement nutrition plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensure through the State of Florida.
  • Graduate degree (master's degree, practice doctorate, or doctoral degree) required for those not initially credentialed by December 31, 2023.

Work Environment:

Bartow Regional Medical Center, Full-time position, 8:00am to 4:30pm shift, occasional weekend work, no on-call duties.
