Accounts Payable Coordinator/Purchasing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator/Purchasing Specialist to join our team at the Inn of the Mountain Gods. This role will be responsible for processing payments, maintaining vendor files, and assisting with month-end close and accruals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments for operating invoices, check requests, team member expense reports, and fixed asset purchases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and records.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, and ACH gas account monthly bank withdrawals.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all regulatory, resort, departmental, and casino policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Associated Degree (AA) from a college or university, or five years of job-related experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proven ability to coordinate business activities and excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to make efficient use of Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer.
