Job Details

The Commercial Lines Underwriter - High-Risk Accounts will be responsible for analyzing and managing high-risk accounts for GuideOne Insurance, ensuring that our customers have the necessary coverage to meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze and assess high-risk accounts, including potential exposures and acceptable risks.
  • Coverage Determination: Determine the necessary coverages and premiums for high-risk accounts, ensuring that they are both adequate and competitive.
  • Account Management: Manage high-risk accounts, including communicating with Risk Control for inspections, follow-ups and service needs.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years experience in commercial lines underwriting.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make decisions in a timely manner.
