Mountain Operations Manager

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mountain Operations Supervisor to join our team at Yosemite's Badger Pass location. As a key member of our Guest Services Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our conference center, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Guest Services Support Staff to provide 24/7 coverage
- Coordinate registration functions and transportation for all guests
- Train Front Desk/Concierge personnel on established training programs
- Oversee front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world-class service
- Coordinate reservations for guest transportation
- Utilize the property management system to manage guest information
- Assist guests with concerns and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a limited supply of sundries and restock as necessary
- Issue and monitor safe deposit boxes
- Open and close support staff cashier banks
- Design and implement training programs for staff
- Communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Establish and follow emergency procedures
Requirements:
- Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing world-class service
- Strong knowledge of personal computers and experience in guest services
- Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others
- Strong organizational abilities and preferably two years of experience in hospitality services
- Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English
