Associate Director of Development, Asia Pacific Division

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Development to join our Asia Pacific Division team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a globally significant impact for people and nature in Asia Pacific and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement donor strategies to cultivate and steward relationships with major and principal gift level donors, foundations, and corporations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with constituents, including major / principal gift level donors, foundations, and corporations.
- Manage and track multiple prospects and donors, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and private foundations.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet funding needs, including direct asks and proposals to donors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve divisional and organizational goals, including the ambitious campaign in support of TNC's 2030 Goals.
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in cultivating and ultimately stewarding the development of a pipeline of new donors.
- Experience in fundraising strategy development, focusing on identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major and principal gift level donors.
- Experience in building donor-specific strategies focused on High-Net-Worth Individuals and private foundations.
- Fluency in an Asian language.
