Job Description:

  • Assess patient conditions, identify changes, and report them promptly to medical providers.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document care in medical records.
  • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver personalized care and improve patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • RN licensure in Texas or Compact State.
  • BCLS certification.
  • Current ACLS certification (NEW GRADUATES must obtain within six months).
  • Associates Degree or BSN.
  • Critical care background preferred.
