We are in search of a skilled Project Quality Engineer to collaborate with the Project Quality Manager in executing and overseeing the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities for designated Offshore Projects.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of the company during modifications to the Project Quality System.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Quality Engineer
  • Ensure effective execution of planned Quality Audits, considering all project processes and generating Audit Reports.
  • Conduct external QMS Audits for offshore vessels, fabrication yards, third-party facilities, vendors, and subcontractor locations.
  • Verify the proper implementation of the Project OMS through the planning and execution of Project Quality Audits.
  • Organize and facilitate the allocation of Quality Resources across various project management teams.
  • Support project interactions with clients and regulatory bodies regarding quality issues.
  • Prepare and issue Quality Control specifications for project tasks, ensuring coordination and agreement.
  • Encourage proactive measures to prevent or rectify potential non-conformities and their underlying causes, while managing the Cost of Non-Quality process.
Qualifications for the Project Quality Engineer Position
  • A Bachelor's Degree coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Quality Engineer in the Offshore sector.
  • Prior experience in auditing Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO standards.

ISO 9001:2015 Standard knowledge is essential, and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification is advantageous.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with quality, engineering, and oil and gas terminology.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet applications, MS PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
