Job Title: Per Diem Cath Lab Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical support in the cath lab.

Job Summary:

The Cath Lab Technologist will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the smooth operation of the cath lab. This includes preparing patients for procedures, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operate medical equipment, such as fluoroscopy machines and ultrasound devices, to assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and disposing of biohazardous waste.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the smooth operation of the cath lab and provide excellent patient care.
Requirements:
  • State license requirements: Florida
  • Preferred clinical experience: 1 year minimum experience
  • Interview requirement: Phone interview
