**About the Role:**

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with transfers and mobility, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Encourage socialization and engagement among residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

**Requirements:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; C.N.A. certification preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in senior care or a related field.

  • The physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 250 pounds.
