Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Sorter to join our team in Jackson, GA. This role is vital to our operations, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sort pallets according to grade, ensuring cleanliness by removing any trash or debris.
- Meet production targets consistently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- Physical strength and stamina are essential for this role.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to focus on tasks and communicate effectively.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced industrial environment is preferred.
