Multifamily Leasing Consultant

Redwood Residential LLC is seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Woodlake apartments in Gurnee, IL. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve property revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure they are in move-in ready condition.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property.
• Use property management software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, and manage resident and prospect data.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in word processing, property management software, and spreadsheet management programs.
• Mathematical skills necessary to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.

Associates work in an office environment, but may have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.

• Associates must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities.
• Associates must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
