Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Program Manager to lead a team of IT Technologists at the United States Census Bureau.

ANSER is a non-profit organization that enhances national and homeland security by providing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Provide technical guidance on IT solution architecture, system design, and integration.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Eleven years of progressive experience in IT program management
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing technical teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
  • Previous experience in system engineering, architecture, development, or design
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $240,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
