Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience with diverse populations and age groups is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students in a school setting.
  • Manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective communication and swallowing strategies.
  • Utilize evidence-based assessment and intervention methods to address students' communication and swallowing needs.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Experience with diverse populations and age groups.
  • In-depth knowledge of assessment and intervention methods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and technology for therapy and documentation.
