Job OverviewAs a key member of our Nothing Bundt Cakes - Mason team, the Froster plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the creation of high-quality cakes. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and frost cakes according to our proprietary recipe and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production demands and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain par levels of additional cake orders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
