We're seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Machinist to join our team at Addictive Desert Designs. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a high level of communication. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles and knowledge of CNC machining.

This CNC Operator/Machinist position involves operating CNC equipment as directed, inspecting materials according to company quality standards, and maintaining clean and orderly work areas. The role requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Read and execute work instructions and blueprints accurately.
• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct inspections to ensure materials meet company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and input data into MRP systems.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Proven experience as a CNC operator with setup and operation of CNC equipment.
• HAAS CNC Mill and Lathe Experience (VF-5SS, ST-35Y, ST-10Y) is highly preferred.
• CAD/CAM experience is an asset.
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach are essential.
• Familiarity with measuring devices, such as Dial Indicator, Calipers, and Micrometers.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of CNC machine function and G-Code language.
