Job Opportunity: System Technician

We are seeking a skilled System Technician to join our team at 1/ST TECHNOLOGY Group. As a System Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer-based electronic terminals and peripheral equipment, including hardware and computer software of various types.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer-based electronic terminals and peripheral equipment, including hardware and computer software of various types.
  • Work with the Assembly team to support Field team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as electronic devices and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology.
Requirements:
  • On-the-job training provided due to the uniqueness of products.
  • Ability to use hand tools to perform everyday duties.
  • Ability to read and follow wiring and electronic schematics.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in working with computers, printers, hardware, and electronic devices.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and their components.
  • General computer skills.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in installing computer hardware and computer software.
  • Demonstrated experience using voltmeters, soldering equipment, and hand tools.
  • Strong experience in reading and analyzing assembly drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adjust to changes, including embracing new challenges with a flexible mindset.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels and ensures information is conveyed in a concise, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Exhibits reliability, professionalism, and ethical behavior and earns trust and respect from colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Develops and fosters collaborative working relationships with direct manager, co-workers, and fellow department team members/management.
  • Efficiently manages time and resources in balancing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
