Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Specialist to join our Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing support services globally for various vehicles, including the Army's Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in program administration and deployment processes, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage personnel, medical scheduling, and travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks and data entry efficiently, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and meet government deployment physical requirements if needed.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a (DoD) Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be comfortable working with computers and CRTs.
