Key Responsibilities
  • Taking on a moderate caseload of employment-based and family-based immigration matters, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-5, O-1, TN, and family-based petitions
  • Drafting legal briefs, responses to RFEs, motions, and appeals as needed, and conducting legal research and staying informed about case precedents and regulatory changes affecting immigration law
  • Reviewing casework from subordinate legal staff to ensure accuracy and compliance, conducting thorough legal analysis and quality control on case filings prepared by paralegals and junior legal staff

Qualifications:

  • JD/LLM
  • License to practice law in any state (California Bar preferred)
  • Entry level to 2 years of immigration law experience, preferably in employment-based immigration
  • Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
