Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our adolescent addiction recovery team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, including medication management, counseling, and education. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on addiction recovery and wellness
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Requirements
  • RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with adults and/or adolescents and/or experience in a detox setting
  • Commitment to providing outstanding care and compassion to patients and families
