Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to execute the Resident Assessment Instrument ("RAI") process in compliance with State and Federal regulations, as well as the policies and objectives of our organization.

Qualifications:
  • Current, unrestricted Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide care suitable for the age-related needs of residents.
  • Ability to interact tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Familiarity with nursing and medical practices, as well as laws and guidelines governing nursing care facilities.
  • Capability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for quality care.
  • Ability to communicate information regarding a resident's condition effectively.
  • Proficient in following both verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff in executing duties.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours as required by the position.
Experience:
  • Preferred one (1) year of experience in the RAI process.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Shifts required: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Competitive wage structure, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
