About the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Therapist (Bilingual) to provide mental health services to adults, transitional aged youth, and older adults with serious mental illness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cultural competency and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing mental health screenings and behavioral health assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Assess and provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Link clients to community resources and services
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Licensure as a behavioral health professional in the State of California
- Experience working with diverse populations and in a mental health setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychotherapy and community mental health
- Bilingual/bicultural in a threshold language preferred
Union of Pan Asian Communities offers a competitive salary range of $30.00 to $32.50 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
