- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities to align business strategies with technology solutions.

Requirements- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role
- Strategic and creative problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to get to the 'why' of every technical requirement, combined with strong decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in process modeling or diagramming software and tools, such as Lucidchart or Miro
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as JIRA or Asana
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000, 100% benefits coverage for employees, a 401K Profit Share plan, flexible PTO, and a home office stipend.
