Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate to provide an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, sell memberships, and cultivate a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Increase membership sales and retail sales
  • Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Book appointments in person or by phone
  • Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years customer service or premier retail sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solver
  • System savvy with ability to quickly learn new applications and systems
  • Experience with Microsoft's Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and self-manage time to achieve business goals
  • Ability to work Saturdays and evenings
  • Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
