Job Title: Residential Concierge

About the Role:
The Lifestyle Concierge is a crucial member of our team, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests. As the first point of contact, you will make a lasting impression, setting the tone for an exceptional living experience.

Responsibilities:
* Greet residents and guests with a smile, making them feel at home.
* Respond to requests for maintenance or services offered under our Lifestyle programs, taking prompt action to resolve issues.
* Monitor camera coverage to ensure a secure environment.
* Secure packages and dry cleaning for residents' collection and retrieve items upon request.
* Develop rapport and relationships with residents, understanding their preferences.
* Notify relevant parties when vendors are on-site for work.
* Escort prospects to the waiting area or leasing office as needed.

Qualifications:
* Experience in concierge or hospitality-oriented industries.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong multi-tasking and adaptability skills.
* Effective interaction with all levels of employees and external contacts.
* Proficiency in handling stressful situations with poise and professionalism.

Requirements:
A minimum of two years' experience in concierge or equivalent roles in property management or hospitality organizations, accompanied by a high school diploma. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices is essential. Computer proficiency in internet, email, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.
