Renal Care Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team as a Renal Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments in various hospital settings.

This is a dynamic position that requires adaptability and the ability to manage patient care in fast-paced environments while adhering to the highest clinical standards.

  • Provide nephrology care through Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and Apheresis.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care to individuals with renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

The ideal candidate will have experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) nursing, and be certified in nephrology nursing (CNN) or dialysis nursing (CDN).

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $46.00 - $63.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out, and support for you and your family.
