Required Skills:

  • Experience with IPC-620 standards, including:
    • Crimping open and closed barrels
    • Coax (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel)
    • Soldering
    • Solder sleeves
    • Daisy chains
    • Solder splices
  • Ability to perform self-inspections and understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition
  • Ability to follow work instructions and understand drawings

Desired Skills:

  • Mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies
  • Torque (understanding how to set tool and use)
  • Cable routing (bend radius, service loops, dressing of wires)
