Recovery Case Manager

Job Title: Recovery Case Manager

About the Role:
As a Recovery Case Manager at Avenues Recovery Center, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for clients, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment
- Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout the duration of treatment
- Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment
- Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training, etc. as necessary for clients post-discharge
- Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support, etc.)

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 1-year experience in the treatment industry preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Warm, empathetic, and respectful personality
